PROJECT HIGHLIGHT

The Ponytail Ag Campaign was created to spotlight the women shaping the future of agriculture across North Carolina. Through a statewide video series, the campaign highlights women working across every corner of the ag industry — from farms and research facilities to technology, leadership, and beyond — showing that agriculture reaches far past the fields.

Working with Tabletop Media Group, our team traveled across North Carolina, filming women in agriculture in Eastern NC, the Piedmont Triad, the Triangle, Western NC, Greater Charlotte, and Southeast NC. Each story captures the diversity, grit, and impact of women whose work helps sustain one of the state’s most vital industries.
